Performance Measures and Exam Results

A Level

We are delighted to celebrate another exceptional set of A Level results for the Class of 2026. An impressive 85% of all grades were awarded at A*–B, with 57% achieving the highest grades of A*–A. These achievements reflect the determination, commitment and ambition of our students, alongside the dedication and guidance of staff who have supported them throughout their time at Sale Grammar School. 

As our students prepare to begin exciting new journeys beyond school, we celebrate not only their academic success but also the positive and lasting contribution they have made to our school community. Whether through their studies, enrichment activities, leadership or wider school life, the Class of 2026 has much to be proud of.  

We wish every student success in the future and hope they will carry the virtues and values of Sale Grammar School with them wherever their next steps take them. We look forward to welcoming them back in the years ahead as valued members of our alumni community. 

 

  

GCSE

Following the success of last week’s A Level results, we are delighted to be celebrating once again as our Year 11 students receive their GCSE results. Their fantastic achievements reflect the hard work, commitment and determination they have shown throughout their studies, alongside the dedication and support of our staff.
