Below you will find a selection of resources and web links that will provide information to assist you in keeping your child safe online.

Ceop

The NCA's CEOP Command (formerly the Child Exploitation and Online Protection Centre) works with child protection partners across the UK and overseas to identify the main threats to children and coordinates activity against these threats to bring offenders to account. We protect children from harm online and offline, directly through NCA led operations and in partnership with local and international agencies.

Nspcc logo The NSPCC is an organisation that works to prevent abuse, help rebuild children's lives and support families.

The Counter Terrorism Internet Referral Unit is putting considerable effort into removing terrorist and exremist material from the internet.  Where there is concern about internet content this can be reported and potentially removed by filling in a short form by clicking the Red Button.

Internet Matters is a not-for-profit organisation working with online safety experts to bring you all the information you need to keep your children safe online.

Childnet International is a non-profit organisation working with others to help make the internet a great and safe place for children.

Uksaferinternet

UK Safer Internet Centre, where you can find e-safety tips, advice and resources to help children and young people stay safe on the internet.

Internetwatch

The Internet Watch Foundation was established in 1996 by the internet industry to provide the UK internet Hotline for the public and IT professionals to report criminal online content in a secure and confidential way.

TukLogo

Thinkuknow is an education programme from the National Crime Agency's CEOP Command. Since 2006, Thinkuknow has been keeping children and young people safe by providing education about sexual abuse and sexual exploitation.

Vodafone

Vodafone provide advice on how to help your child manage their digital world.  Including 'How to' guides and the Digital Parenting Magazine with easy to follow articles.

Educateagainsthate Educate Against Hate gives parents, teachers and school leaders practical advice on protecting children from extremism and radicalisation.
Parentzone Parent Zone are the experts in digital family life. We provide support and information to parents, children and schools, working globally to help families to navigate the internet safely and confidently.
TRANSP LGfL SafeguardED Main Logo Parent Safe The following resource comes from LGfL - London Grid for Learning. They are a charitable trust whose mission is the advancement of education. They support schools and staff with advice and resources around connectivity, cybersecurity and safeguarding and the following is a great link to a section of their website called Parents Safe: Keeping your children safe: online and beyond. It has video clips and links to guidance that address challenges our young people may be facing right now, there is some guidance to complement what we have on our website already around safe settings, controls and monitoring and guidance on apps, screentime and starting conversations about life online.
