- To run a KS3 Philosophy extra-curricular club online
- Organise and run competitions
- Attend relevant events that promote the RS department
- Liaise, support and work with other Philosophy Coordinators and the Lead Teacher

Person specification
|
- Students from any background interested in Philosophical and Ethical debates – you do not need to have studied GCSE RS
- An ability to lead quality debate
- Good communication skills
- Enthusiasm and commitment to engage in the process
- Able to develop a good rapport with students and staff
- Time management skills to pursue the role
- Excellent organisation and administrative skills
- Good listening skills
- Able to demonstrate initiative
